"The room was clean and comfortable so i have no complaints there. But the Front Desk staff ( including the GM ) were AMAZING! I'm always nervous traveling alone as a woman but they were so nice and had me laughing whenever I came upfront for something. A++ for the lady who checked me in at 10pm with a smile on her face even though I was in a bad mood, and the ladies at checkout in the morning (the Disney Queen)"

"We stayed for four nights. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - nice and big with a mini fridge and microwave. For the price, I would stay here again. I deducted one star because the halls really stank of cigarette smoke, which gave me a sore throat. Note that you can get public transit downtown (takes about 45 min). And there are things nearby (eg, frozen daiquiris, fast food). Close to the highway. As expected at a budget hotel, there were sketchy people staying there...

Two of the towels that were counted were on the bed hand folded into an animal which is cool if you dont actually have to use the towel but I do not care to use a towel that someone has touched all over trying to fold it into an animal!
