"The area was key as far being close to Bourbon St. Canal and others. We could take the trolley or bus to wherever we needed because they came right by the hotel or even walk that’s how close we were to downtown. We loved the hotel very nice and clean. We recommend staying there."

"Front office staff was able to help us with a mishap in days. We arrived a day later due to delays, but called and they were able to check us in a day earlier so our hotel room was available the next morning and we didn’t have to wait. Then my roommate hurt their leg and needed a room closer to the elevator, front desk immediately helped move us. I wished t remembered the girls babe, Latina glasses long hair, she was a delight. Also the trainee helped me get my tour gift cards in order. I received some used ones in error and she got them fixed. Top notch service"

Omni Royal Orleans Hotel

Omni Royal Orleans Hotel

8/10 Good
"The property was beautiful if you like vintage. The room, in our opinion was too small and the vents were visibly dusty like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. We woke up with bad allergies I believe it was due to lack of ventilation. As soon as we went outside our symptoms started to subside. There was also a discrepancy in the pool hours listed online and at the pool entrance. I was told the next morning that the pool did not open until 9am, after speaking with the desk supervisor they had someone open the pool."
