Hotel looked immaculate and smelled really good, staff were very helpful and friendly notably there was a Caucasian gentleman with facial hair at the front lobby who was extremely friendly (I meant to get his name but forgot to before checking out)

Special staff who made our stay exceptional were, Grayson, Danielle, April and also young lady in the pr ovision cafe (sorry we did not remember her name).Thank you we also requested robes after we got to the room, which I loved having. So many WWII pictures, a piano from patton. Only downside to the hotel is no pool and expensive parking which did not affect us. We used taxi service during our stay which was very efficient and inexpensive. By Laurie and Mike from Wisconsin

Everything was great. I just have 2 minor complaints but they wouldn’t stop me from staying. There is a $10 handling fee for packages delivered. This was for Amazon and not food service. And nobody had cash. The bars, restaurant, provisions, or front desk. The concierge did, good man.

This hotel was very clean. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was very, very polite. It is located near restaurants, gas stations, Convention Center, Cruise parking, and a variety of shopping experiences.
