Having previously requested a courtyard room, upon arrival it became apparent that rooms seemed to have been assigned first come first served. Memoir Warehouse District
Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained.

Spacious Modern Condos near French Quarter
Good location to easily walk to many restaurants as well as Bourbon Street. A little further to French Quarter but still within 30 min by foot.
