"the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. we had a substantial rainstorm during our visit so we had a leak but honest I can't blame them at all. The staff offered us a new room, we did decline as it was our last night BUT they did give a discount on the room so that was cool. Overall this place was beautiful and would absolutely stay here again. also the bar next door is such a gorgeous low key chill spot"

"Property is in a great location. The overall is what you expect for a classic New Orleans Orleans Hotel not completely pristine, but still old world charm. They should have notified prior to reservations that they were shutting down all amenities, pool workout facilities, etc., due to renovation, but obviously they want to capture the income so they don’t let you know until you get there. "
