The area around the pool and hot tub was very pleasant. I am not sure if the hot tub was working. It was cold when we dipped our toes into it. The picturesque patio made up for it!

I enjoyed the property, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and patio area was pleasant but needed some work. The room was clean but needed some maintenance, some lights were not working and the dishwasher was broken.

Nice hotel full kitchen right next to Bourbon St all bars walking distance only thing that I fidnt like about the property is the night receptionist keep locking the door to the entrance at 7pm I was told it would stay open til 9pm just felt like he was over controlling, also parking is horrible and the property doesn't offer it the cheapest option is to valet with the hotel next door they were really nice and fast getting the car when needed

Grenoble House is a great place to stay in New Orleans. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The location is convenient—right in the center, yet still quiet enough to relax. The staff was helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The outdoor area with a swimming pool and hot tub was a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere, Grenoble House felt like a comfortable home base. I would definitely stay here again.

We had planned to stay for 3 days but due to a snow storm in new Orleans our flight was cancelled and we only made it for 1 day. They kindly credited us for the 2 days we missed. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were great and with the full kitchen would have been really nice for an extended stay. location was great for getting around on foot.

Will stay again.

We loved this hotel and this will be our first choice next time we are in NOLA. It is a historic property (old) but clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent throughout our stay. You cannot beat the location as it's close to everything but quiet when you are inside the hotel. Good beds, wonderful to have a kitchen, enjoyed the pool on a hot day.

Unique property with small pool and warm jacuzzi. The 3 flights of stairs were a workout, but enjoyed the sitting area in front of the door, the large rooms on the 1st floor, nice sitting and eating areas, very comfortable beds...more than expected. Staff very welcoming upon arrival and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it so much I extended my stay and wasn’t ready to leave after my 6 night stay! The entire staff is extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable! Super roomy and stocked units in a quiet and private atmosphere. Very clean and conveniently located! I will be back!

The property was beautiful it had an old antique feel. The doors are a little small to get through u have to squeeze through. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to bourbon street and we didn’t hear any noise during our stay from outside.
