This was our second time at this beautiful property, and it definitely won’t be our last. The cottages are a little sanctuary in the middle of New Orleans just steps from everything. Special thanks to Sean for sending us the Amazon package which arrived late while we were in New Orleans. He treats guests like they are family. Jeffrey gave us some excellent suggestions where the locals prefer to dine. Our cottage was spacious with two bedrooms, complimentary sodas and water and coffee. The property is exceptionally well maintained and clean. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We plan on staying here next year as well.

Nothing short of wonderful! Spacious, secluded, beautiful courtyard and lovely pool. Close walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer. Audubon Cottages will now be our home away from home when we visit NOLA every year! Thanks Jeffery for being AMAZING!

Absolutely loved our stay at Audobon Cottages! We felt like it was our own private oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon, in the midst of the Quarters. All staff are super friendly. We have been raving about our stay to our local friends. Would definitely stay here, again and again.

The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too.

Another great stay at Audubon Cottages in New Orleans. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage and loved every minute of it. Romantic and private with a soaking tub, great service and close to everything in French Quarter yet removed enough to be peaceful. Small scale and very unique historic property. My favorite place to stay in New Orleans.

This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. We will be returning.

This property was amazing! Anthony was super friendly and very knowledgeable. When we first arrived I was very surprised by the outside of the building. But once you enter the building you enter a beautiful oasis. Our cottage #1 was spacious and extremely comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s so worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.

A Delightful Hidden Little Gem

Just blocks from ultra-noisy and busy Bourbon street, this tiny little group of brick-lined cottages provides a quaint and quiet respite from the typical French Quarter hotels. With a room larger than most, a courtyard with a pool and plenty of extra amenities, this "hotel," all containing one room first floor "cottages" was a delightful alternative arrangement. We are happy we stayed.

This hotel is absolutely a hidden oasis! We enjoyed every moment of the stay in this hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The unit we stayed was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick and luggage service helped us to enjoy the time before our flight. What a great time we had in the hotel! Highly recommend this hotel.
