"Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked"

"The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home."

"Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane."

"Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly."

"We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again"

"If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass...

"Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!"

"The apartment was just advertised. Host was easily accessible and gave clear instructions plus excursion suggestions.Steps are steep and ceiling a little low in places, but very clean. Located close to tourist attractions, but the neighborhood was questionable. We parked in a nearby garage. Felt comfortable sleeping since gated. Overall, enjoyed our stay before our cruise."

Le Pass is not reliable and neither is Uber. The shuttle is convenient, but expensive. This is the spot for quiet, good rest, and relaxation. "
