Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Lovely place--would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay for a mother/daughters trip in New Orleans. It was an easy walk to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square, and the location felt safe and was quiet. The room was charming with comfy beds and everything we needed. We would definitely book here again!

Such a cool apartment, location is money & property manager was an awesome communicator. The shower has great pressure, plenty of space for our family of 6, beds are comfortable; we would totally stay here again!

Great Location

Our Second trip to NOLA this spot offered a great location to the Quarter and Canal St. Easy walks to just about anywhere. Trolly and public transportation just a block away. Cosy spot...pretty quiet since it's on the top floor. Bonus...one of the best brunch spots is outside your door!

Came down to watch the Texas Longhorn vs Washington playoff game. The apartment was cute & clean! The location was perfect & the manager always responded quickly! We will definitely be back!

Nice stay

This was a pretty spacious studio, complete with kitchenette and two large comfy beds. The walk to Quarter is a little longer than a few minutes, but we didn't mind it, there's a lot to view and enjoy along the way.

Quiet spot close to the excitement

This spot was just a short walk from WWII museum, the ferry, audobon museums, Bourbon St, & Jackson Square. The place was clean, quiet, and the hostess/host was accommodating, stayed in contact, and was quick to respond. Will for sure book in the future.

My family visited NOLA for the first time and this was the perfect location for us. It is right next to Ruby Slipper, which is a very popular breakfast place. The location was great because we were not far from the French quarter. Food was amazing. Would recommend

Great location for this place. Walking distance everywhere Genesis was very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling. She had someone there right away to fix the issue.

Ready to come back!

So glad I found this listing! We only had a short weekend trip but this turned out to be the perfect place to stay for me & my sister. It’s right by the French quarter and within walking distance of Riverwalk, Cafe Du Monde and Bourbon Street. We never used the streetcar but the tracks are really close so I imagine it’s easy to access from this location. The loft was clean & decorated really cute, the beds were comfortable and it’s much more spacious than a hotel room. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in NOLA. Highly recommend :)

NOLA Stay

It was nice being close to Canal and Bourbon. You have access to restraunts and shops. It was nice and quiet in the room. There was next to none of the outside noises from street night life. Parking was my biggest dislike. While there is free parking near by if you are lucky, we ended up paying for two over night passes at $35 each. This is not a reflection of this room or it's owner but just our experience. I would book again

Mother and Daughter get away

This is a cute property. It is in a good location. Walking distance to the French Quarter and to the trolley. The price was very reasonable. The host was awesome! She is very responsive. The parking was hard, but every place in that area parking will be hard. There was a parking lot less than a block away that you can pay to park. That is what I did and it was very stress free. If I go back to New Orleans I will stay here again.

Check in was easy, it was a small place so even on the 4th floor no issues, and our room was right in front of elevator. The room was clean, the beds comfy and pillows not flat. There is a pull out bed but it was not comfy for adults, our smaller kid slept in that. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, a coffee pot, coffee, and some pots and pans. There were plenty of towels a table with 4 chairs. The curtains made it dark in the room when closed we loved that. The temp was good ac worked great. The shower is standup room for one person water pressure was eh but it did the job. Parking is not onsite so be prepared to pay. There is a parking lot one block to the left front and another one block back to the right. The casino is a 3 min walk. Canal st is literally a block away so we walked everywhere except the zoo. There is a laundry room on each floor we were told we could use. My only complaint about that was I think the housekeeping uses it too bc 2 of the 3 laundry rooms were full with linens in washers and dryers. I ended up folding towels in one floor just so I could use them and the housekeeper came in and emptied them all for me. Really nice. Ruby slipper restaurant is a 10 second walk and the people were so good. I would stay here again for sure!

Reconnecting with friends in NOLA

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We were five friends attending a reunion and this penthouse had everything we needed - a place for bonding and recapping events of the day, a refrigerator to store all of those left overs, extra blankets and a strong sense of safety within the building and outside of it. It has an excellent location for walking and sightseeing and yet it was in a quieter section of town (on the other side of Canal St). We took advantage of neighborhood amenities such as a locally owned corner store (Nesbitt) for some great coffee and getting a mani/pedi at the nearby salons. There is a great breakfast/brunch place right next door and the riverfront is such an easy walk for a morning stroll or run. Given another opportunity, our group would definitely stay here again!

There was a slight issue with plumbing, but we were moved over to another suite, seemlessly. Very happy with stay and would choose them again

Great location, Needs a deep clean

Awesome location, very easy to check in, and looks just like the photos for the most part. But for the amount of money that I paid to stay here for Super Bowl week, the cleanliness of this unit was not acceptable, I would expect some of that to go toward a deep clean. We also had three females getting ready for events, and there’s not one mirror in the entire unit except the bathroom mirror. The communication was not with the owner, and I’m not sure the owner would be super happy with how dirty their unit was actually despite good reviews So, I definitely recommend this property as long as they really make an effort to really clean, and add a mirror (please!)
