"Convenient location for event I was attending, public pay parking available one block from hotel at fraction of valet costs. AC in room never got quite cool enough despite setting it before leaving for my event. Front desk staff at checkin was friendly/professional. Coffee shop located in hotel for convenience but staff interaction was lacking. "

"The hotel was lovely. We worried about noise from Bourbon St, but we had a room on the courtyard looking down at the pool and it was very quiet. My friend used the heated saltwater pool every day. The only down sides were that we couldn’t open the windows, there was a loud vent fan in the bathroom that took a long time to go off and the light in the shower didn’t work. But I would definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in New Orleans."

"This was a great stay. Amazing friendly saff. Room was very comfortable and the maid staff was fantastic. Loved the pool and pool bar. Great lite fare and snacks. Restaurants and coffee shop where very convenient. Best of all is the location. If your a lite sleeper ask for an inside facing room. They are close to the pool."
