"The hotel is great and in a very good location. Rooms are very clean! The pool is a little smaller but fine! There is a bar on the property as well. If you don’t like noises at night ask for an interior vs balcony room. Also when we stayed in the summer the AC seemed to be comfortable but not cold. Overall a pleasant stay! "

"This property was in the perfect location...walkable to Bourbon Street and Canal Street but far enough away to be quieter. We loved that we could walk all the way to Jackson Square or just go out to Canal Street and catch the trolley car with the passes that were given to us by the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"May have just been the one day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. After waiting quite a while for it to arrive, the eggs were cold, the biscuit was dry with no offer of jelly, and the bacon was burnt. The waitstaff were lovely but busy and therefore not as attentive as they could've been."

"We were here last week and stayed for 5 nights. This was by far the best staff I have ever encountered on vacation. They were friendly from the time I walked through the door to the time we left to come home. The room was so quaint, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We stayed in a courtyard balcony room and I would highly recommend this. We did not hear any noise from Bourbon street on this side of the hotel. Speaking of Bourbon street you literally step out the front door to a load of entertainment, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. So if you are looking for a central location to all of Bourbon St. and close to other areas, this is the place. We unfortunately had a security incident outside of the hotel, that had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but when we brought the issue to the security team to be on the lookout for the individual, not only did they make sure to alert the entire team, they had us send them pictures to circulate to the entire staff. The head of security also called the next day to make sure that we knew they took our concerns seriously and asked if there was anything additional they could do to make us more comfortable, and followed up again after our stay had ended. You cannot beat that kind of care and service. I would 10/10 recommend this venue and this will be where I book the next time we come out for vacation. It was worth every penny! Additionally the AC worked great, there was parking even though we did not utilize this."

"This was my 4'th time visiting the French Quarter. I didn't plan on spending much time in my hotel. Because: It's the French Quarter! However, I ended up spending a great deal more time in my hotel than I normally would have, and for all the right reasons. Everyone, from the valet who parked my car, to the receptionist, servers, bartenders, managers - unbelievable level of service. Claire (server in the Roux on Orleans restaurant) was excellent. Ken and Big T from Touchdown Jesus were amazing as well. There was also a bartender at the pool bar who kept me there for a long time because he was so engaging - I regret that I don't remember his name. I own my own bar and have been in the service industry for about 32 years and there's absolutely no one from this hotel that I wouldn't immediately hire on the spot. I hade an amazing experience. Also, I found plenty of time to experience the French Quarter. "
