"The hotel lobby was gorgeous and they provide you with free water bottles but would be nice to have a water bottle refil station as well. The room had a view of the building next door, we just kept the shades closed. The bathroom we were given had an accessible shower but the floor wouod get wet so luckily we had enough towels to lay down. The bed is made with 2 flat sheets, no fitted sheets and the mattress protector also was flat so things kept coming untucked. Housekeeping one day lwft...

"We always stay at the Pelham. Love it!!"

"The staff was amazing. Rooms were well cleaned and smelled great. Parking however sucks. It's about 3 blocks away walking $31 a night. Also they are pet friendly but the closest grassy area to walk your pup is about 4 blocks. Area around the hotel was dirty, dark but it's bourbon street area new Orleans, to be expected."
