Seemed like home. Great patio close to everything. Staff wonderful
We loved this stay, it was so nice to have more space than a regular hotel room, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area were perfect for the three of us. Great location. Walked everywhere and was just a block from the Saenger where we had tickets for a show.

The laundry service was convenient and the kitchen had what we needed.
Great Place. It is not really a hotel, it is a time share apartment building. But you get a full apartment including everything for a good price. Parking is extra 50 dollars per day (valet parking). Building is right next to the french quarter and everything interesting is in walking distance. Totally worth it.
Enjoyed this stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, & the Hotel staff’s customer service was unmatched however, the valet parking services could use some work. During checkout we waited 45 mins for our car. There were others that had been waiting for their vehicles for over an hour. I’d recommend self parking because valet has to work on their processes & getting adequate staff.
The building has a great location with easy walk to Bourbon Street and other areas of interest. We were with a group and each unit was very different with some better than others, but all had the essentials that we needed. Jonathan, the door man, was very kind and made sure that we got safely to our car when we had to leave for the airport before the sun was up! Thanks so much to him!!

We will absolutely be coming back to stay here every time!
Super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. So comfortable that I’m looking at buying one of those mattresses for my own home.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The shower was hard to turn on without getting completely soaked and it ran out of hot water before we were finished showering. Hot water only lasted about 10 minutes. The room wreaked of marijuana. The smoke detector in the bedroom kept randomly going off. It was fine for the weekend, but as a couple who visits every 1-2 months, we will not be returning to this building.

The room was wonderful and staff was absolutely wonderful. The building was right in the heart of the city and was accessible to so many places. Highly recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that there will be noise from both the streets of New Orleans and people walking around in the building at night. But that's to be expected.
It was decent. It did what it was suppose to do.
The good: it was clean, well kept, had a laundry room. Check in process was very quick and smooth. Cool game room. Spacious. It’s like a little studio, has utensils, stove, etc.. No need for keeping track of a door card as it has a smart lock. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was nice. It was in the heart of New Orleans.
The bad: Too many codes to remember. There’s no broom, the view on the terrace is blocked by other buildings. Parking is $45 per day but there are plenty parking lots that are $5-$7 for ten hours, right across the street. $45 would be ok for the entire stay but per day???? Come on that’s overdoing it.
Great place, clean, spacious and all the amenities you could wish for. Ideally situated for French Quarter

The staff was pleasant and efficient at their jobs. I asked about the free coffee advertised for Cafe Du Mond but was incorrectly informed that it was closed. I also found a dirty sock on one side of the bed and a broken kitchen chair. Other than those things it was an average stay.
Everything was nice and clean. This was our second time staying at location. The only issue was there were stains on the sofas (nothing major), no big/medium pot to cook in and there was a broom but no dust pan.
