The staff gave warm Hospitality very kind words, the room is in excellent condition very clean, even the staff for valet parking was so sweet bringing our car and putting it back every time we left and came back! Awesome stay! Friendly and courteous staff. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Fully equipped for all your daily needs. Centrally located to most French Quarter attractions and the Superdome. Highly recommended and will definitely become a regular stay!

The room was wonderful and staff was absolutely wonderful. The building was right in the heart of the city and was accessible to so many places. Highly recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that there will be noise from both the streets of New Orleans and people walking around in the building at night. But that's to be expected.

The staff was pleasant and efficient at their jobs. I asked about the free coffee advertised for Cafe Du Mond but was incorrectly informed that it was closed. I also found a dirty sock on one side of the bed and a broken kitchen chair. Other than those things it was an average stay.

Everything was nice and clean. This was our second time staying at location. The only issue was there were stains on the sofas (nothing major), no big/medium pot to cook in and there was a broom but no dust pan.

The hotel's location is good, but road construction nearby created a lot of noise. There wasn't even hand soap in the bathroom. There was a yellow stain on the white blanket. And many other similar unpleasant little things.

Upon arrival I checked in and went to my suite, only to find out that it was a queen suite, but I purchased a king suite. But the staff was friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. Other then that I enjoy my stay!

Place was pretty good, but the heat wasn't working right for the first day, and it was only partially fixed during our visit. The bathroom fan in one bathroom didn't work either. Overall though it is a good location, and was a nice place to stay.

This was no room. This was a whole Apartment!! Very nice 1 bedroom, great pillows. Washer and dryer in the bathroom which we used Clean clothes for the next part of our trip. Full kitchen including fridge with ice maker! Everything was fantastic and we would absolutely stay here again!!
