"It is a very nice hotel. I loved that it was like an apartment for me and my 3 sons. Issues: ceiling fans were full of dust which triggered everyone 's sinuses. Door kept jamming. Toilet in first bathroom clogged no one ever responded to multiple requests bought a plunger did it ourselves. Trash never got picked up. Outlets and lamps on both night stands in first bedroom did not work unless something was plugged into the outlet by the door and only the one on the left would work then. The tv in...

"The room was good. The downstairs and elevator smelled absolutely disgusting like vomit. Small room and basic. The pool was small and basic. I loved the gated parking as it felt much safer especially in that area of town which is filled with drugs and homeless people. "

I was disappointed in the noise level outside in the street but also inside the hotel at night after 10, 11 and even after midnight. I always struggle to sleep on vacation but this one was really hard. That being said, absolutely loved the balcony and the proximity to everywhere we wanted go. "
