"The security was great - loved the separate entrance after a certain time and that security was checking for room keys. It was walking distance and so close to everything - Bourbon, Jackson Square, French Market, you name it. Perfect spot. We will stay again when we return!"

The hotel staff was SUPER helpful, patient, nice and overall just gave you that southern love & comfort. Also, any questions about Nola they’re very informative. I give a special thanks to Leanna she was one of the mangers! She made my trip complete soon as I arrived. We had a balcony view of Bourbon St. which was awesome and the room windows have noise cancellation as well. I’m definitely coming back and I’m definitely staying at the Hyatt.
