"Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!"

"Pre-cruise stay. Very convenient to cruise port and riverfront shopping mall. Easy walk to entertainment district of NOLA. We did incur an extra charge upon check-in not related to parking, which was unexpected and never explained, but overall the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were quite adequate for our short stay, and even though we overlooked the street, there was no detectable outside noise. Close to cruise parking as well."

They had to call the police and that was on Saturday, March 1 they said that they were not charging me for the first night which was Saturday night and they said that Expedia has to give me my refund. "This is a refurbished stately old hotel, with huge rooms and a very friendly staff. It's about a half mile from the French quarter and much quieter (Lafayette park is right next door). There's an excellent restaurant kitty- corner and a well regarded steak house next door within the building. There's also a very good grocery store two blocks away which has a good selection of wines and beers and take out foods. "
