10 out of 10 would recommend!! The hotel is so cute, modern, and stylish! The staff were so friendly and hospitable. They provided complimentary drink tokens for their cafe/bar as well as complementary water and wine in the room, which was such a sweet touch. The location is also perfect. If I’m ever in New Orleans again, I will absolutely be booking here.

Clean, new, well-maintained property with helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is on a nice avenue served by the tram-line, but not really close to anything in particular. The hotel itself seems to be run on a minimalist concept with no restaurant or extra services to speak of.

Our family loves this hotel & it’s the only place we will stay when visiting NOLA. Staff is excellent! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet & well appointed. We love the convenient location & the relaxing lounge areas inside & out to enjoy our coffee, tea & a snack. Hotel Henrietta is a rare find & we can’t wait to have another opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place with outstanding staff:)

This might be my new favorite hotel in NOLA. Staff training seems to be a common issue in New Orleans, but they were nice and the property itself was very pleasant in terms of room size, visually appealing decor, the patio out front, and the communal balconies. The bathroom, while fabulously tiled with red, black, and white marble, was a bit cramped compared to the rest of the room, but the water pressure was amazing.

Everything good. Only they have one ev charger spot so can’t use it. No parking guest sign so super hard to finding parking with one way road Most problem is they over extra charging around $200 for extra hotel fee even I paid all at Expedia. So the end I didn’t buy or order anything but they still charged. So comply hotel but for the money part I felt not honest hotel. If I knew that I will not go there I saw some people complained on the review and that was real. So I had such wonderful time but the end double paid so I am not happy about payment

This beautiful property is becoming my preferred place to stay in New Orleans. The St Charles Ave location is great for using the streetcar, walking to restaurants and shopping, and the hotel lobby and room vibes are just so cool and relaxing with friendly staff. Plus there was a refrigerator and microwave in my studio room. Yay! You really feel like you have gotten away from it all. I made use of outdoor courtyard seating and balcony seating. There is available parking in the building for 35 dollars and free street parking across the street. My only concern is that the front door never seems locked or requiring key entry.

I live an hour outside New Orleans so our family enjoys a staycation in the city about once a year. With that said I have stayed at many hotels all over the city and the Henrietta is my new favorite. It was clean, new, quiet. The views of the streetcar were so nice. The coffee shop and lobby was great, and the room was top luxury you can get in a city like New Orleans. Can’t wait to go back

Every thing about the hotel was great. My poor rating is about Expedia I was billed by Expedia, which did not cover taxes. From my conversation with the hotel it seems as though the hotel did not receive the money for the taxes even though it appeared that I was billed for them by you. I will not be using Expedia again.

Kafkaesque Customer Service With Great Aesthetics The Henrietta Hotel in New Orleans is genuinely lovely — right up until the moment you need literally anything from a human being who works there. To check-in, I needed to inquire with the coffee shop barista, who, to their credit, makes a solid espresso and is apparently also responsible for the entire hotel operation. Management? A mythological concept here. I was double-charged for my stay — once through Expedia, once directly by the hotel — and when I called to resolve it, I was told there was no manager available. When I asked when a manager might be available, the answer was, and I quote, "not really sure, they come and go." When I asked for a number to reach one: also no. I called back the next day. Same answer, which was, no answer. The hotel is adorable. The accountability is nonexistent. Book here if you enjoy surprises on your credit card statement. Five Stars for Vibes, Zero Stars for Being a Functioning Business
