Great location, staff was great the rooms are a bit small but perfect for what we were there for ,about a 15 min walk to bourbon street and superdome, awesome coffee in the morning. The snack bar is open til 11am and the bar area and diner is open at 4pm.

it’s in a great area, pretty quiet, our room was right by the elevator over the weekend, but we didn’t have any trouble with noise. everything was smooth and efficient, from paying for parking for our stay, to checking out. would definitely come again.

That beverage credit everyday was so convenient! If you’re a cofffee lover like me they have a little cafe in the lobby. Also that perfect restaurant right on side of the lobby was great. Everyone was nice and it’s conveniently located in NOLA. I walked everywhere!

Staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a rainfall shower which was excellent. We ordered room service since we got in late. Food arrived in about 20 min and was delicious. We tried the crayfish eatoufee, beingts and fries. Across the street from the casino and near everything. One mile from amtrak station. Would stay again.

Hotel was clean and amenities were nice. Walls are paper thin. Shower in the bathroom emitted the highest pitch noise I’ve ever heard when mixing hot and cold. It was unbearable and we had to take 1 minute showers. Area is safe and within walking distance to everything you need. 4/5

I loved the room and decor. The check-in service was outstanding, our girl was very friendly and had great insight and information. The con is that there is not a coffee pot and they don’t start making coffee to purchase until 730. Big bummer for the people like me who wake up much earlier or enjoy an evening coffee.
