"We were visiting Puy du feu and the room was perfectly adequate as somewhere to sleep. A bit basic and tea making facilities would have been nice. It was very hot so having no windows was a blessing and leaving the door open with the shutter down helped. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast better than expected "

The meal was very reasonable and the staff were friendly. I was surprised at the quality of the food and that it was open on Sunday afternoon. The breakfast at the hotel was very good with a range of choice of French style. It was a self service buffet and cost €8 each. The hotel was on the main route to Puy du Fou and at least £50 cheaper than...

"This is a modest hotel, more in the style of a motel - that is NOT a criticism. We used it for a one night stay (as a break in a long journey) and we arrived fairly late in the day, we learned later,after the time the reception normally closed but the staff were there to welcome us. After a long journey that was welcome."
