The door has large gaps allowing outside noise in. The bathroom floor drain allows sewage odour into the room. No bathroom curtain - the bathroom floor was flooded and dangerous slippery. Low water pressures. No fridge."

"We booked a room with a single bed but got a tiny room with two tiny very hard beds. There was no breakfast available, not even coffee in the morning.. the restaurant was closed completely. No air conditioning, just a fan with tiny slatted windows. Calling this place a “Boutique Hotel” is a joke..we stayed at hotels in truck stops better than this… we couldn’t wait to leave"
