"I stay in a lot of corporate hotels for work. They are clean, dependable, and boring. When I travel for fun, I try to find distinct, clean, fun (and cheap) hotels. This place was a win. It is definitely very old, but it is clean and well kept. We loved having a pool and hot tub. The included breakfast was great (those tamales were fantastic) and the overall feel was a throwback to those lost days of Americana. I’d definitely stay again. "

"This is a lovely B&B north of Taos center. It is quiet and comfortable. While we enjoyed our stay and the personally prepared breakfasts by Corey, we would prefer better lighting in the rooms and better seating options …the chair in our room was too low for a older lady with bad knees and while there was seating in the lounge, the chairs were not good for bad knees."

Our room was super cozy, the bed was great, and the small balcony overlooking the river was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The innkeeper is charming and loves meeting her guests. If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful sanctuary where you can escape the stresses of life, this is the place for you!"

"Great location close to the lift. Only complaint was the very loud children running up and down the stairs that sounded like new house construction. Not a property issue just annoying and hard to relax after skiing. Staff was super nice and helpful would definitely stay again. "
