"Totally works if you want to stay on the plaza and be able to walk right back to your room at night. Nothing fancy. Hotel is dated, as to be expected, but feels like it could be cleaner and maintained better. Nothing out of the ordinary for NM, its a vibe...."

"Not your typical Inn. I really enjoyed it, right in the middle of "downtown" Taos. Very small but for it's size it had a lot of offerings including a restaurant, bar, and entertainment. Next time I make it to Tao I will definitely want to stay here. :-D"

"Old Taos Guesthouse is nicely located 2 miles drive from Taos Old Town Plaza. (Stop at Taos Cow ice cream shop on the way into town!!) The price was very reasonable & included breakfast, which was delicious. The property is lovely and very quiet. My only complaint is with our particular room (#7). The room was very large with a working fireplace, however there was no shelves/chest of drawers for clothes or even a luggage rack to open your suitcase. The wardrobe had only 4 hangers. I would suggest replacing the fake plant with something to hold your clothes. The bathroom was very tight with no counter & only one hook. The bathroom window did not open. I would definitely stay here again, but not in Room 7."

"We had a wonderful stay and thoroughlyenjoyed the cabin. The large windows, porch, and decor were fantastic and made us feel welcome and right at home all week!The only slight change we would have made was, with only one double bed and 2 couples staying, we did have to flip for who got the big bed! But, it was minor inconvenience to an otherwise wonderful stay! It truly is a wonderful place! We would love to stay again, if we are ever back in the area."
