"Great place to stay. Affordable price in an area that tends to be very expensive. Short drive to everything 30A has to offer, while being far enough away to be away from the maddening crowds. It is definitely only made for a single person or a couple. The AC works great, shower has very hot water. WiFi worked great once we got it set up, but we did have to reach out to them for that. They responded very quickly. We have ATT cell service and we had NO service without that WiFi, so you will want...

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"Wonderful condo, great location! Easy walk to the beach. Easy check in process, it had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards. Gated community. We had a great time. "

"The house is beautiful and the location is great. However, it was missing some essential items that we've found to be standard in other rentals. Also, there are no window coverings on the second floor bedrooms (except master) and the kids room on the 3rd level, so everyone was awake when the sun came up. Also, it made changing clothes an interesting experience. The neighborhood is everything that you could hope for and the golf cart was the perfect addition for this trip. "
