"Everything was fine with the property except for the internet. It was terrible. Very sporadic coverage only lasting a few mins at a time. Super slow and bad signal strength both on the Floor 2 network and the Floor 2 Guest network. It was really bad. Nobody could stay here and get a little work done. It barely worked. "

When discussing with the owner, he thought a 250 refund would be sufficient for a 3500 state that was infested with roaches and fleas!We sent the owner photos and were very transparent with what we are experiencing, and he replied that he is having a hard time believing us! What a joke! It is absolutely repulsing to think that two children were crawling around on the same floor that we found roaches.DO NOT RENT!!!"

"There are so many things we loved about this home. The overall space is beautiful and perfect for 16 people, the location is unmatched (close to the beach and restaurants) and the size of the pool and backyard space was incredible for hanging out. Communication with Kim was also easy and fast. The only downside is that there are a few maintenance/cleanliness things that could be done to make the property even better."

"This house was one of the best homes we've stayed in. It had everything you would need and more! The home was super clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing that would have made it better was if the home were on the beach, but with the bikes and golf cart, getting there was no issue at all. It was nice to throw everything on the golf cart and take a short trip down the road. The neighborhood was really nice and far enough away from the crowds, but you can take the golf cart to Seaside if you want to be in the mix of it all. Just out the back door is a nature trail if you wish to walk or bike in the woods. So much to do and you can't beat the beach! Would love to come back sometime!"
