"This home is beautiful and Kathryn is a wonderful, responsive host who is so kind and helpful. We had lots of questions and she always responded promptly and was never frustrated with our many questions. Being right next to the pool was a huge plus and the golf cart made trips to the beach quick and easy. Highly recommend!!"

"Stayed for two nights on a solo/recharge trip. Perfect size for one or two people. Locations and beach access were perfect. The only thing I was not a fan of was the door lock. You can tell it needs to be replaced from the duct tape on the inside portion of the lock and it makes a weird beep as if someone is unlocking the door which can creep you out if you’re not expecting it. Other than the lock everything was perfect.Will book again."

"The house is in a great location to walk to beach and a few food places. Beach was a 10! Th house was very clean, very cold AC, kitchen was well supplied and there is a washer dryer in unit. My only negatives were the king mattress was tired and needs replacing and the living room sofa was uncomfortable, but we spent very little time in the house. The pool across the street was great for a quick dip on the way back from the beach. There was parking for 2 cars and the neighborhood was quiet and safe."

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good property. The location was great and the use of the bikes were good. The house was very poorly cleaned when we arrived. Crushed goldfish on the rugs and the floors were dirty. The kitchen was not stocked well compared to other places we have, but if you eat out most of the time it is fine. Having the pool was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall it was fine for our family for a quick trip to the beach."

"This property was in a great location, although much busier than in years past. While a bit dated, it was very spacious with a great patio and conveniently located to the ocean and pool. The pool is quite small relative to the complex size (but the grandkids enjoyed just as well)! I would recommend a new cleaning service (toilets not clean, sand on the dining table, clothing left from previous guest, hand towel on the floor at the head of master bed). Otherwise, we had a great time !"

"This was hands down one of the prettiest and nicest places I've ever stayed in! The home was beautiful, the layout was perfect for our group, and having multiple bathrooms made such a difference. The location was also amazing and made everything so convenient. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this Vrbo again!!"

"We were the very first family to stay in this beautiful, spacious home. While the house has incredible potential for large groups, it was unfortunately listed on VRBO before it was actually completed.For a premium rental costing approximately 5,000 for just two nights, we encountered significant operational issues:Unfinished Pool Amenities: The pool area was the main selling point for our family. While the kids could swim, the fountains, waterfall, jacuzzi jets, and pool lights were completely non-functional.Inoperable Appliances: Neither of the two washing machines worked. Additionally, one of the dishwashers could not open fully because it was installed incorrectly directly in front of the refrigerator.Health & Cleanliness Issues: All provided dishes arrived dirty, requiring eight consecutive dishwasher cycles to clean. More concerningly, the refrigerator water lines were not purged post-installation; the ice was black and the water was cloudy, forcing us to spend our vacation time purging the lines so our children had safe drinking water.Missing Essentials: The kitchen lacked standard essentials, including a coffee pot, cutting boards, and prep knives.The owner has built a stunning property, and once these finishing touches are resolved, it will undoubtedly be a 5-star experience. However, given the premium price we paid for amenities we could not use, the experience fell incredibly short."
