"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the perfect size for 11 adults. Overall, a great space, location, and sizable pool. A couple of annoyances: the pool alarm wouldn't stop going off when we first got there, the wifi was spotty, the oven didn't work, and the pool was very dirty. The house was surface-level clean, but the walls had markings all over them, the floors were dirty, and the light switches were gross. A couple of beds were questionably clean. It really could use a solid deep clean for future guests. However, Coastal Blue Vacations was wonderful to work with, and their communication is top-tier throughout our stay."

"This is hands down the best home we’ve ever stayed in during a trip. The house itself is so nice and clean and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating and very quick to communicate with us! And to top it all off, being right next to the pool and (most importantly) minutes from the beach made this place amazing. We hope to come back soon!I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!"

The location was great and the use of the bikes were good. The house was very poorly cleaned when we arrived. Crushed goldfish on the rugs and the floors were dirty. The kitchen was not stocked well compared to other places we have, but if you eat out most of the time it is fine. Having the pool was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. Overall it was fine for our family for a quick trip to the beach."
