"This is our third year renting with Beach Luxury Vacations, and they consistently provide great service and communication. The 2-bedroom condo is beautifully maintained, and the property amenities were a huge bonus. The large pool area, mini golf, and fitness center gave everyone something to do when we weren't at the beach. Blue Mountain Beach is one of our favorite areas on 30A because it's relaxed but still close to everything."

"This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The management company was so helpful and amazing. The home was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor spaces were great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location is excellent and the golf cart makes beach trips effortless. We would absolutely book this property again."

"My wife and I had a wonderful 5-day retreat at the little cottage off of 30A! For the price-point, it met all of our needs. The spacious upstairs area was extremely clean and quaint, plenty of towels, and comfy bed. Downstairs was a little small but perfect for a party of two. Our only drawback was the spotty wifi and cell service, but that was highlighted in the information packet that we received regarding the property since it is close to the beach. Also, the downstairs heating was not as good as the 2nd floor. with outside temps in the high 50's to mid 60's, We adapted though, by putting on an extra layer, or snuggled together on the small couch in the living area.The property owner was very responsive to all of my questions, and the neighborhood was fantastic. The place is surrounded by beautiful homes within a gated community. It's close to many dining spots along 30A as well.The sunsets were breathtaking! Along with natural wildlife... we were able to see deer throughout the property areas and down toward the beach. God's fingerprints are all over this area!! We've already recommended this place to many of our friends, and we look forward to staying again!"

"Pros: Property close to beach access and restaurants . Quiet neighborhood. House decorated cute. Two door codes and one worked.Cons: The house REAKED OF CIGARETTES. We are having to wash everything (clean or dirty) and air out shoes since coming home. We had to keep windows open just to tolerate smell while there. It's in AC system as well. The owner had pkgs arrive while we were there. A stack of them inside on floor. The sofas & rugs were flithy. We used twin bed sheets to cover. The bathtub was dirty. No bar soap in 1/2 bath & freezing when we arrived. The golf cart is rusted & dirty. The backyard was dirty & a mess. Clearly no one has been back there in awhile, as all outdoor furniture was too dirty to sit on. Some ceiling fan remotes need batteries and are programmed same so if you turn on fan or light in one room, it happens in another. No extra blankets for cooler off season nights. The walls have scuff marks everywhere. Beachwalk Vacation Rentals was excellent at sending automated emails and messages of what to do and not do, but never acknowledged our concerns sent on text thread that said you COULD contact them on. We went to Home Goods and bought blankets, air freshners, hand soaps, (they provided little bar soaps upstairs but no soap dishes), extra kitchen towels for our 5 night stay. We shipped home our stuff except for the hand soaps. If the pictures shown was the actual condition of home our rating would be very different."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took this vacation to get all the little cousins together. It was the first time they had all been on a trip together and this amazing house made it so comfortable and fun! The best part of this house was the fact that each family unit had their own room with a bathroom and the bunk room was the highlight for all the little boys. The living space was the perfect size to feel together but also not cramped. The back patio and pool were a great addition to have on this trip, especially after beach time when we could just rinse off in the outdoor shower and then just hop right in the pool."
