"A perfect, peaceful, and much needed Spring Break stay with good friends!!The house was even better than described. It's the first place we've stayed that was over stocked with essentials... What a treat to not have to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, laundry tabs, and trash bags, (even though we brought our own).The kitchen is extra stocked, the beds are cozy with Members Mark and Pottery Barn bedding, and the bath towels are big and thick. The back yard is so cute and fenced in. A great space to enjoy breakfast, dinner or cocktails and not have to worry about your Frenchie's getting out! Even though we didn't use the hot tub, it was a nice option to have. We did venture out on the golf cart one day (because the days were on the chilly side that week), which was fun. The beach chairs were also on the nicer side (not the cheap flimsy ones), as were the beach towels.The location of the house was ideal... An easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the Blue Mountain Creamery!Jeff (the host) is great and quick to respond, if needed.We will definitely be back!! "

"Overall, we had a great trip and the property is very nice. We would stay here again. If you choose to stay here, do not expect the host to be lenient with an early check in or late check out by even a few minutes, and you are threatened with exorbitant fees if you do not comply to the exact times. At check in, the door keypad code was incorrect, which created a little bit of a hassle to start off the trip as we had to get in touch with the host to get a backup code. Communication was satisfactory, although could have been a little better at the beginning. Be prepared for a lot of fine print and forms to sign with this host. But again, overall it was a good trip and a very nice property. The pool is a big plus."

"Beautiful property. Loved open floor plan with beach colors that brought the outside in. Great porch - perfect for coffee, sunsets and watching wildlife. Beds are very comfortable and the beach towels were appreciated. Unit is just steps to pools, gym and the beach. Host was responsive and enabled an early check-in and extended stay. "

"My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart and tennis courts! It's very close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We hope to be back soon! "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took this vacation to get all the little cousins together. It was the first time they had all been on a trip together and this amazing house made it so comfortable and fun! The best part of this house was the fact that each family unit had their own room with a bathroom and the bunk room was the highlight for all the little boys. The living space was the perfect size to feel together but also not cramped. The back patio and pool were a great addition to have on this trip, especially after beach time when we could just rinse off in the outdoor shower and then just hop right in the pool."
