"My wife and I had a wonderful 5-day retreat at the little cottage off of 30A! For the price-point, it met all of our needs. The spacious upstairs area was extremely clean and quaint, plenty of towels, and comfy bed. Downstairs was a little small but perfect for a party of two. Our only drawback was the spotty wifi and cell service, but that was highlighted in the information packet that we received regarding the property since it is close to the beach. Also, the downstairs heating was not as good as the 2nd floor. with outside temps in the high 50's to mid 60's, We adapted though, by putting on an extra layer, or snuggled together on the small couch in the living area.The property owner was very responsive to all of my questions, and the neighborhood was fantastic. The place is surrounded by beautiful homes within a gated community. It's close to many dining spots along 30A as well.The sunsets were breathtaking! Along with natural wildlife... we were able to see deer throughout the property areas and down toward the beach. God's fingerprints are all over this area!! We've already recommended this place to many of our friends, and we look forward to staying again!"

It was the first time they had all been on a trip together and this amazing house made it so comfortable and fun! The best part of this house was the fact that each family unit had their own room with a bathroom and the bunk room was the highlight for all the little boys. The living space was the perfect size to feel together but also not cramped. The back patio and pool were a great addition to have on this trip, especially after beach time when we could just rinse off in the outdoor shower and then just hop right in the pool."

"The kitchen had ants everywhere could not keep any food on the counters. We kept all food in the fridge or on the kitchen table. Dishwasher did not clean dishes and there was no hot water in the kitchen I had to get hot water from downstairs bathroom to wash the dishes. Towel bar fell to floor from weight of towel. Not close to pool you will have to bike or drive. Beach access is close but no place to park most of the time. I love this area but would not stay at this property again. Hopefully the owners address the property issues befor they rent to others. "

"Location /view is amazing! Perfect size for 2 people. Sad to say the place was DIRTY! Our first day was spent cleaning and waiting for a new mattress. Allison was awesome with getting the mattress and a new shower curtain. they refunded half the cleaning fee but I do feel it should have been the entire day! Would we stay again, yes just not the unit we were in. It had everything for the kitchen but there was no broom. We went and bought one. All rugs including outside porch rugs are terribly worn and need replaced. But we stayed and got through it. It really needs a deep cleaning and updates and a good paint job. If it had not been for the staff being so kind we would have left. I sent pics and a video of the NASTY bathroom to management team. I have never seen anything like what I went through to get it cleaned. The owner should be ashamed that they dont update and paint the place because once we got over the issues it is an adorable little place. But needs lots of cleaning painting and love. Even with kids running above us until after 11pm in the unit above us , we chose to just let it be and turned up the TV. Wifi is less than good , again we made it work. Hope to go again as the sunset and rise are beautiful from your porch area.. Melissa in TN"
