"The host was accessible throughout stay. Condo was very close to the beach and had a wonderful view. The condo was somewhat outdated and needs updating and painting. The hot water heater was not large enough and we ran out each night with cold showers. The kitchen needs potholders and more forks and a Pyrex baking dish. "

"The room was clean and attractively decorated and had a wonderful view of the water. There was no sink however so we were limited in the breakfast food we could eat. It wasn’t possible to wash dishes except in the bathroom. I would describe it as a very nice hotel room, not as a studio apartment."

"What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

"This place was perfect! The condo was clean and spacious and had a great outdoor patio. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants, we rented a golf cart and barely put a dent in the gas after four days because the location was so convenient. Host was super helpful and the place felt brand new! Highly recommend and will be back! "

"Very spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the frig/freezer were huge. The backyard outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the heated pool, the firepit, and the backyard games. The golf cart and bikes were also great. The garage has many items for you to use at the beach which was just a block away. We definitely recommend staying here! "
