"Fantastic stay. I had the sunrise cabin. Gorgeous views, modern updated cabin yet full of character and comfort. The breakfast was simple but delicious and perfect to start the day. The owners and entire team were extremely friendly and helpful beyond the scope of just standard hospitality."

"Nice place with friendly staff "

"We showed up and they asked us to leave because they weren't ready for us. We stayed at the hotel up the road for much cheaper and it was plenty nice. "

"Loved the staff and location!"

"Enjoyed our stay! "

"Lovely get-away from touristy energy!"

"Lovely people who really take care for you. We are happy we did a relaxt stop here. Also a good escape from te heat."

"Amazing view of the valley. Aleida made our stay even better. She was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast that was included was delicious."

"Everything was wonderful except that the location was 30 minutes away from the Basilica Virgen de Los Angeles which our trip was for. I read that it was closer on the Expedia app. Staff was wondeeful."

"Nice place, great owners, place to be if you want to go rafting "

"Rooms are clean, neat and pretty. There are three bedrooms and enough room for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). The road leading from the main street to the house is narrow, steep, and winding, making driving a bit challenging. A smaller vehicle with four-wheel drive and decent driving skills will be necessary. The location is nice. Just 20-30 minutes to Cartago. We had a good time there!"

"Very nice owners and the cabin was super clean and well equipped. The double bed is not very big, but it is comfortable. The entrance is from the main street and is a bit steep, but a 4x4 is not required, we drove the way up with a sedan. During the day, you can hear the trucks drive by on the main road, but at night it is mostly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing!"

"Muy rural y apartado de todo. Pero tiene mucho encanto. Perfecto para un par de días"

"Nichee dans un ecrin de verdure, la Finca est idealement situee. L'habitation (chalet) tout en bois est belle et spacieuse. L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique. Seul bémol le bruit des camions sur la route qui passe a proximité "

"Mauvais e adresse, 3kms au lieu de .3km. Avons dû prendre taxi alLer retour et pr aller manger Erreur ds no de tel."

I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for). When I then was charged from both hotel and Hotels.com I had to contact Hotels.com to get my part refunded - no assistance or action from owner's side. Hotel was clean, but materials and finish of the room was absolutely not in order, the...

"It's in a quiet neighborhood. The house is large and open."
