Very convenient location within walking distance of the lake and all of the shopping and restaurants. The room was nice but we wished there were reading lamps at the bedsides instead of just overhead lights. There also should be amenities in the shower such as soap and shampoo. All there was were tiny shampoo containers in a drawer beneath the sink and no washcloths. We had the balcony which was very nice for sitting outside to enjoy morning coffee. This was a very nice, clean and attractive room. Nice linens and comfortable bed. The only thing that needs to be added is a way to check your bags before check-in or after check-out if you are traveling.

The price and value was excellent. This place is the price of a hostel but with private rooms. Very cool place. My only compliant is hallway noise is a little loud with doors slamming shut but that was minior.
