"The Drain plug for the bathtub was broken and I called the front desk, with my cell because the phone in the room was broken. It was about 8:00pm when I called. The Maintenance guy was there within minutes. He quickly fixed it and was on his way. He was fast & Friendly. I would recommend this place to people."

"Nice place on the way down. We were lucky and had no problems. But, no staff most of the time, and room entry required 7 digit key code which was hard to enter in the dark at night. Without cell phone, entry impossible. Hot tub/spa closed or did not work. Room had large shower but no bathtub. You could hear it when neighbor showered. Nice courtyard to sit in but no one picked up if guests (or staff) left something. An empty beer can remained on a table in the outdoor common area for...

"I love the Marriott Springhill suites in Cottonwood. They’re just consistently excellent. Right from the service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms to the amazing breakfast they serve in the morning. Everything is extremely well organized."

"Staff was very nice. Room a little outdated but very spacious. Our first night was very quiet but second night someone was very loud and smoking right outside our window and the smell came through the door crack. Free parking was nice."

"The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later. "

"I was bit scared by the look of building from the outside, but the room is spacious and clean, and amenities including the refrigerator and microwave is so convenient. Bed is comfy and staff was very kind. I would stay here again when I visit Sedona the next time."

"Decent motel if looking to cut costs. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. Loved the long pool hours during the summer. Decently close to Sedona- approximately a 30 minute drive. Swamp coolers keep the units nice and cold. Only complaints were the walls where a little thin and we couldn’t find an off leash area for our dogs. Overall a nice budget friendly stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and seems as if it had been upgraded. There was a sizeable mini fridge with freezer. All areas were clean. They had a sink, dishwasher and hot plate as well as a microwave. All clean and in very good condition too! I would definitely stay there again! "
