"Was very clean did smell like Lysol, but it also smelled a little bit of sewer by the restaurant
And there is no coffee at the Continental breakfast so either bring your instant packets. They do have hot water.
Overall, a great location if you are planning on doing the Havasu hike And everyone is very friendly"
