"This was a very unique property being a renovated school house from the 1960s. The rooms were very unique and many small touches that showed attention to detail. I would highly recommend as an alternative to the generic chain hotels/motels in Starkville. "

"Check-in staff was on her phone and didn't seem to be very welcoming. It took a while for her to identify our room and check us in. She didn't seem to be very capable of operating the computer to select our room and check us in. Not very professional. Our first stay at the property. The other hotels we usually stay in while in town were full due to nearby college graduation."

"The worst place I've ever stayed - rooms smell like cigarettes, disgusting, black marks from smoke above the bed - requested non-smoking, went to ask to change the room, I was told I'm lying, I'm the 1st ever complaining, they offered me a airfreshener - which was just lysol disinfection, had to go to dollar general to buy my own shower stuff(no soap, no shampoo), the front desk dude which this is the worst - brought us towels with pubic hair inside them, I had to go to the front desk, showed...
