"Total relaxation and we'll needed downtime. The staff at this were wonderful and welcoming. The area was beautiful, the hotel looks out onto sweeping mountain landscape. We enjoyed the indoor onsen and slept soundly in our traditional accommodations. The food was very impressive, so carefully presented and delicious. We ate breakfast and dinner here but also tried some restaurants with walking distance that did not disappoint. A remarkable experience, thank you for your hospitality. "

"接客は問題なし 設備は風呂洗面所トイレ共用のため普通 但し掃除は徹底されており全く異臭はしない 部屋もとてもきれいで　 風呂もきれい　 トイレもきれい ただ、飼っている犬なのか　20時過ぎまで吠えててうるさい 壁が薄く、廊下の人の声がよく聞こえる どこかの部屋の人のいびきもよく聞こえる"

"食事最中に空き皿を下げるのが早すぎて、嫌でした！ 旅館だから仕方がないが部屋もテーブルと椅子にしてほしい！ 浴室が滑り易くて怖かった！ 部屋の冷蔵庫は缶ビール、缶チューハイがあれば良かった！ 普段はベッドで寝ている為、畳に布団は体が痛かった！ 食事のおしぼりがアロマおしぼりだったが　食事の前なので　香りはいらないと思う！"
