"Positives: great location, great views from high floors, staff very helpful when there are issues. The most concerning aspect of our stay was when we woke up after the first night and saw that the smoke alarm was covered in plastic - that's probably illegal as it won't be able to detect any smoke! Abysmal internet, the connection kept dropping off. On the last day it was almost non-existent, had to ring reception who had to restart it. Need cleared instructions in public spa area. Lots of foreigners didn't rinse themselves before entering various public bath, pretty disgusting."
