"Stopped in here as part of a big motorcycle trip around Thailand. A little bit off the main road and away from the shopping area so its a good place to stay if you have your own vehicle. Super clean and friendly staff. Recommend "

The location is fantastic in terms of when you arrive and depart from Sukhothai via bus - it’s right next to the bus station! About 15 min ride to Historical Park / Old Sukhothai, so keep this in mind in terms of transport costs. Couple good cheap food stalls right nearby, same with snacks/drinks/sundries. "Ok stay, smiley staff. Free bicycle hire- you need this as it is a significant way out from sukothai New. Lonely planet clearly was over generous in their review. Felt like a building site which wasn’t finished for opening to the public. Deserted- no one else staying there but they didn’t offer me another room. Not enough light in the rooms. Didn’t clean bins in my room or the shared bathroom. This led to ants."
