"Location is great and the room was clean,reason why I booked again. However they seem to overbook the rooms as it happened twice to us ,this April and September ,arrived and another room was given to me instead! Unaceptable but Must say the issue was resolved by the next day .Also booked and payed a taxi for early airport pickup with the day time young female but taxi never showed up !!Thanks to the young male night receptionist for sorting it out without further delays... "

"The Riad Ylha is beautifully decorated and combines tradition with modern comfort. The staff is super friendly and helpful, happy to help with anything you might need. The food is exceptional and the stay was absolutely perfect. This is our second visit to amazing Marrakesh and although greatly saddened to see the changes caused by the destructive earthquake 2 years ago we were happy to see the city coming back to its former glory, slowly but surely, and the resilience of it’s people.
