"Our room was not in the central Riad, but in their property around the corner (50 meters). This was fine as there was no degradation of quality. The check in process was very personalized as the manager took the time to explain the riad amenities as well as the local attractions in the medina. The hotel was immaculately clean. There was very little difficulty finding the location, as it was just off the Jemma El Fna and signs clearly marked its location (although signs indicated the old name...

"There was nothing not to like about this property,it had everything you could have wanted and more. Food was great & excellent variety,always different every day. All areas very clean and gardens manicured. As for all the staff,they do so much for you,you don't lift a finger,and anything is no trouble at all. A definate return is on the cards for next year."
