"Itwas horribal expérience, Arrived the riad ramz reception agent informed us to let our luggage in the lobby, und we have to move to another location of the riad. We come late in the night 23h and we didin t found any rooms. All occupied no room free. After 2 hours waiting we sleep in the lobby canape. The local manager promiised us to take in charge two booked days. Till now no money recovery"

"We were right off Jamaa al Fnaa, the shopping and dining was great, loud and always busy. It's worth noting that the square is only open to cars/taxis in the morning, so if you arrive in the afternoon or evening you'll have to walk approx 10-15 min to reach the riad. Something to bear in mind if you have elderly travellers. Staff were amazing, they helped me book private tours for my parents to atlas mountains and agafay desert. "

"Overall was good, not best location, it’s a fair walk to souks or restaurants. Nothing close by. Swimming pool extremely small, breakfast its simple but good. Music keeps playing at night which is a bit annoying. I’ll give a 6 out 10. Recommend to stay there, staff are really welcoming. Shout out to Mustafa, really helpful. Also do it the Balloon ride which the hotel offers, great offer. Thanks "
