El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar. "

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"Nice clean spacious room with plenty of electrical outlets. It was a bit noisy outside during the day, but with the windows closed it was barely audible. Staff were easily contactable and responded quickly. A couple of criticisms would be the lack of comfortable pillows (I found them a bit lumpy and small), and occasionally the bathroom sink drain was blocked, leading to some unpleasant odours when not being used for a prolonged period of time. Overall, I found this to be a pleasant stay and...

"Great location and easy access. However my room was on the top floor and the floor was very warped. The floor buckled about 6 inches high, a huge tripping issues which i tripped on several times but thankfully caught myself before falling. Very dangerous in the night, so i left the light on all night. They need to takecare of this asap. I was shocked they could even rent a room like that. "

"Booked the hotel because reviews were good and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable beds, and very clean. Our room had a separate private bathroom and shower which concerned me initially but ended up being a cool feature. Location is good, about 6 minute walk to tourist area and bars. Hostess was helpful. Would stay here again. "
