"Great price just what I need for one night stay as I was going to the darts"

"Great staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, easy parking, lovely food in the restaurant. Will definitely look to return if staying in the area again."

"Parking best part of experience "

"Stunning building with deep pile carpets in reception. Well lit, warm, friendly, clean & cosy. "

"I liked its layed back setup, closeness to the city centre and its cleanliness. "

"Clean room, the room was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. I live in Coventry, but I just came to visit the guesthouse for fun. Just felt like changing my environment for one day visit.Thank you."

I would like Hotels.com to investigate the matter, arrange a refund, and consider an appropriate sanction."
