"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. "We were impressed by this brand-new villa. It is walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping in Cruz Bay. The villa was as described. The great room was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. Two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for two couples. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or afternoon cool off. We enjoyed the view overlooking the car ferries coming and going in and out of the bay. The host was very attentive and informative. We would highly recommend this villa."

"Cay Syrah is the perfect place to stay for your family vacation. The view is beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is as pictured. We were greeted at the dock by a staff member of Catered To Vacation Homes to lead us to the house. The house was stocked with a complimentary starter kit (snacks, drinks, toiletries) which was nice. I would definitely recommend choosing this location for you next family getaway. "

"This house is amazing with the best view. Our family of 7 adults has stayed at several vacation homes and this one is the nicest we have ever been to.
