"our room had a leaking fridge that left water around and there was bugs in the bathroom and when we told the front desk they said there’s nothing they can do about it which was very unprofessional on their part. the pool was dirty our first day there and they had ants everywhere. although, the beds were comfortable."

"We booked our trip for my kids birthday and ended up highly disappointed and grossed out. There was blood on the sheets on the top bunk for the kids to sleep on. The kids were playing in their room and there was chicken underneath the couch that had obviously gone moldy. Talked to the lady at the front desk and asked that while we were gone please have the room swept and mopped well and please change the bedding. When we got back late we went to set up the pull out for my daughter to use instead...

"This is a great and affordable place to stay near Disney. We really enjoyed our visit, and the amenities in the room were perfect for our needs. Since we stayed for two nights, we were able to go back and forth between the hotel and the parks, which gave us the chance to rest, shower, and recharge before heading back. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator, which were very useful for storing water and electrolyte drinks. We even ordered DoorDash and were able to heat up the leftovers...
