"The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Very helpful with restaurant suggestions and provided me with fresh made coffee as I left. My only issues were the sound of the 81 traffic as my room was facing the highway and I wish breakfast started earlier than 6:30 as I wanted to get started before then."

"Check-in was a bit slow but the reptesentative was new and i had a small dog with me. She did a great job. Bed very comfy. Room and bathroom were clean. There was a dog relief area with disposal bags which was much appreciated. Breakfast was great. I would definately stay here again."

"These people stepped up and got me into a room when the Microtel hotel across the street, messed up my pre-paid reservations. They got me a room and were very nice. I will never pay more to stay across the street. If you get a room on the backside of the hotel you can back up to your window and watch your car at night. Will stay here again in October probably. Fine for single travelers and there is a very good Dennys right next door to eat at."

"Staff was very welcoming. Location is right off of I-81 but we didn't hear any road noise in our 1st floor room. The hotel has a door directly into Denny's Restaurant which is a welcome perk for exhausted travelers who don't want to get back in the car to search for dinner. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast after which you can fuel up at the nearby gas station and be on your way. "
