These are practically rooms for rent in a big building with lots of small stores on the ground floor - cellphone stores, small restaurants, etc. This makes the corridors going to the elevator to access the higher floors where the rooms are a bit crowded. There is mold, rust, bed bugs, a terrible smell, and my room had a constant drip going from the ceiling. Men stand outside of the location harassing you daily as you come in and out.
