"I did not realize that I could not leave the airport. Once I passed through customs I could not go back inside and had to spent 5 hours looking for a place to sit. I was finally able to check in 3 hours before flight and exhausted, found the hotel. The receptionist was not friendly, no smile or greetings. I spent 1 1/2 hr in the room freshening up but had paid for the night. I acknowledge it was my fault for not understanding the rules, perhaps an alert on the booking site could be made more...

"It was perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the alkaline water spout in our bathroom 😍 and the darkening shade actually made the room pitch black which is rare in a hotel, and we appreciated that so much! Also the water was hot and the pressure was great. No complaints at all from us!"

"The room and bathrooms were clean, as well as the common areas. Easy check in process, they provide a code for accessing the room and locker. Fellow travellers were respectful."
