"We didn’t manage to stay there as was able to book online but when we arrived they said that we had been tricked and they didn’t have any room. I showed them my receipt and they still said we had been tricked. Don’t check computer at any stage. Left us nowhere to stay that evening "
"Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!"
"Room didn’t seem clean. There was about 10 empty water bottles left in the room from a previous guest. Bed was rock hard. Hot water didn’t work in shower. Staff weren’t very welcoming they were asleep most of the time on the bench. Expensive for what we got! Hour + walk from the main tourist area"
"We only stayed one night as we had a very early morning flight. Hotel is situated directly opposite the airport so was very easy to get up and go. However, hauling three 20kg suitcases up and down the stairs to level 3 wasn't ideal at 3AM. Room was very small (not that big of a deal because we were only there to sleep) but the beds were very uncomfortable and there is nothing around in regards to restaurants or amenities."
"This is a very clean and modern hotel. The location is good, with anything you need very close by. The staff was the best part of my stay here. The girls working here are so patient and helpful. I'm very grateful that I chose this hotel."
