"This place is awesome and close by the beach within a minute to two walk only. The staff was super friendly and always keep the house clean everyday with fresh new towels and blankets. Xuân, who greeted us when we arrived there. Was super friendly, thoughtful, and helpful through-out our stay there with all our needs. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. "Thank you for your beautiful hospitality! The Saga Hotel Hoi An is so beautiful, especially the staff. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special thank you Nhung, Tram, Tinh, Huong (both of them!), and Khanh. You all went above and beyond in hospitality. Thank you to the cleaning staff, my room was so clean every day. The beautiful pool, incredible breakfast spread, beautiful lobby and pool and pool food options, and free bike usage. I’m so grateful for this hotel, you made my time in Hoi An so special. You have a really special hotel and you made me feel welcome at every greeting. Thank you. The small details make a big difference."
