Lovely big clean room, in a quiet area away from the busy streets. The breakfast was amazing, food was fresh and there was a wide selection of food. Will stay again when in Hoi An. Staff were attentive and so polite. Vietnamese are lovely and the most hospitable people.

We had an awesome view of the river in our room. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly with particular mention for the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was amazing with both Asian and Western influences. The gym was sufficient for a decent workout. The Bel Marina is a really nice, modern hotel, conveniently located with a short walk to the markets and shopping areas.

1 night stay in the peak summer tem temperature was too hot, but the power was shortage, but the backup power capactity was not enough to get the the hold hotel nor restaurant. We had breakfast with the horrible heat. Rooms are spaces. Hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. They provided good services their. Hope they upgrade the back power system, so guests can enjoy their stay.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay - the resort is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful (especially Ly - thank you!). Easy walking distance to the main area with the Japanese bridge and tons of restaurants and shops. We stayed in the Marina Villa with the plunge pool and an outlook over the river. The plunge pool is not really private as the hedge at the front is low to allow for the river view, but still lovely having our own little pool to dip into. It had a decent size fridge in the lounge area which was great. Received massages and spa treatment as part of our package and it was really lovely. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Good location with a 5-10 walk to river and night market street. 15 minutes to Japanese bridge. Pool was good with lifeguard on duty. Breakfast options were very good. Room was comfortable. Convenience stores a few minutes away. Would stay again.

From the moment that Ly welcomed us in the foyer, she made sure our stay was fantastic. Our room (a 2 bedroom villa) was beautiful with everything we needed. We booked a few tours through the hotel. And for when we organised our own activities Ly was always there to offer advice too. Can’t wait to go back.

Our stay at Bel Marina was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Scarlett at the front desk couldn’t have helped more , she made my birthday very special with cake and special treats in room. Pool was a great size-swim up bar was perfect, great cocktails. We loved the Villa unit..spacious, comfortable, good bed and pillows plus full size fridge . Excellent location for exploring ancient town. Thank you to everyone there
