"Merhaba, toplam 3 gece bu otelde konaklama yaptım, ama rezerve ettiğim odayı 2 gece başka kişiye satmıştılar ve beni daha kötü banyosu oda içinde olmayan çatı katı bir odada konaklattılar ve bu durum için tek sefer bile basit bir özür dilemediler. İlk gece girişimde onlara bu benim rezerve ettiğim oda değil dedim, haklısınız yarın değiştirecez dediler, peki belki sıradan bir yanlışlık oldu düşünüp geçtim, yarın olunca sabah saat 11 gibi kaçta odama taşınabilirim sorduğum da bir daha yarın...

"I reached the property around 0600Am and no self check in keys. Called staff they told me to check in one bedroom broken room . It was stinky. I sit there for 30 mins and just left and booked another hotel. Total waste of money."
