"This property feels like a scam. The room is extremely unclean and no basic amenities. Lots of stains on the sheets and curtains. The host was incredibly rude and dishonest, I had to call the police to sort out the money refund issue."

"The front desk was so rude shouting at me because I pressed the bell twice because nobody responded, and he made fun of my accent. I will never forget what happened that day."

"Nice little family run hotel in an excellent location. The air conditioning and WiFi worked well and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and flexible."

"The arrival is at Natali Inn, the hotel that was booked with the views and the location, which was the reason for choosing the hotel. But from that location they transfer you to another location and a hotel called Natali Boutique Hotel. That shouldn't be called a hotel. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....
